Learning HTML is harder than it seems. D:

Let it first be said that I know basic HTML. An when I say basic, I mean extremely basic - meaning I know how to bold/italicize things, making a heading, change a font, add a break. That type of thing.

What I do NOT know how to do is code an entire website. So what I'm looking for is maybe a tutorial on how to do so. And I'm talking an extremely in-depth tutorial on creating a website from scratch using HTML and an FTP client. I have read the tutorials available on W3Schools, but... I don't know. I need a tutorial with lots of example pictures. Or at least very, very detailed text. It makes me sound extremely stupid, I know, but I gotta start somewhere, as I really know nothing about the intricacies of HTML (except for the aforementioned NONintricate codes). I need to be walked through it step-by-step, pretty much.

Can someone pleaseee help me? I've tried goolging different search phrases to hopefully find something, but not no avail.
