Someone please teach me to code.

I want to make a site. I got layout concept, tested it with a couple of my larger dolls (that one has a different title writing, the first link is the newer one), and I have no idea what to do with it. I did find where I put my CSS on Webs, but I have no clue how to code. I try reading tutorials but it just looks like jumbled nonsense to me.

I should mention I want the site to look like Libby's and mouldyCat's sites combined, if that makes any sense. I like how Libby used to code her site, where it was on the left side, and you clicked on, say, her base section, all the bases links would be on the left side. I also like how she organizes her dolls, complete with descriptions. Though, I prefer mouldyCat's site size, the way her layouts look, and overall feel. So I want to go with a happy medium.

So, someone, please help me. I beg of thee. :|
