What -is- Cocktail Hour?

It's a place where one time contests are held. They won't be to doll Em or Gina, that's in the Doll Em and Gina section! There might be base edit, AV, palette, theme, or generator contests!

General Contest Rules apply, so that means no art theft, no gore or nudity (unless it's tasteful of course!), and try your best!

Each contest may have their own set of rules, so make sure you read the entries topics!

Awards will be given out for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place!
