MDI Philippines, Any suggestions would be great.
I think there is a problem with the face and hair but a second (or third, or fourth or whatever) set of eyes would probably be a good idea.

oh, YOU took philippines!!! I wanted to join but the country I wanted was gone. D:<

just kidding ;) do my country proud!

ok, as far as the face, I think it could use a bit more contrast. The colours all seem to be way to close to each other. The nose could use a few highlights as well as the cheeks.

The hair, you could make it more interesting. You don't even have to go and make it curly or wild and blowing in the wind or whatever, if that's not your style. You can maybe just sweep one side to the back of her ear to make it more asymmetrical. It needs to flow rather than just kinda hang there.

I didn't want to completely overhaul your doll so I basically just swept the hair to the side, moved the forehead higher (it'll add length to the neck) and add highlights.

her hand that's farther down looks really bizarre. It looks like her nails are growing too long. You could also decrease the angle of the wrist in that arm. It's too bent.

Lastly, I want to commend you on the dress. It looks fantastic! I really love the details :) Good luck with the pageant!

Sorry about taking the country you wanted and thank you for all the tips.
I swept the hair around the other side and reduced the finger length and angle. The comment about the hair and the hairline was really helpful so thank you for that.
This is the updated version, so if anyone has anymore comments they would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks again,

The portrait is going to the colors of the flag (red, blue, white), I'm thinking a white oxford with an argyle vest.
By the way, I love the new avatar.

If you spot any issues it would be wonderful if you could point them out.
Thanks for all the help so far,
