Shiny Pants?

Post by CarolSwirl » Sun Jul 11, 2010 10:44 am

Well, leggings really but the point is, I have no clue what to do. i've tried and tried before, and besides the fact that i cant shade black very well, i cant ever get things to look shiny! This is what i've done and i'm well aware of the fact i'm probably going to have to redo the entire leggings part (in fact i want to, its my first time using Pixen and it completely messed up my palette)

feel free to CC anything else, but my main focus is her leggings!

I think you're doing pretty well so far, the front leg does look shiny. The idea is to use really light shades on very small areas - don't be afraid to go almost right to white! You've got the placing pretty much fine, it just needs more shiny :D

Well, you could possibly make the shirt as shiny as the pants. The pants are so shiny they look almost sparkly. xD

You need a hair shadow on the face. :)

Deepen the shading in the cleavage a tad.

Thats all from me! Wonderful job on all that hair! O:
