*EDIT*

Alright so for round two I decided on dalmation print... I'm trying to accessorize and I think I've settled on a hat and bag with towel, but is that enough? Should she wear a necklace or bracelets or some earrings or something? Is the hat and/or bag too much? What about the brown as bag and hat colors? I had been thinking of woven hats and bags when I picked the color but ended up not really going with those textures... should I change the colors? Do they clash? Should I skip the hat or the bag and just do cute beach shoes and a necklace or something? Help me!

Alright so now I'm on the business casual portrait... SO. HARD. I am not a business casual sort of gal so I'm struggling to produce something that fits the theme AND fits my taste.

I like the peter pan collar but feel like it might not be business-casual enough and like there isn't much room to accessorize unless I add something like a brooch and some earrings, I don't mind it with the cardigan but I feel like it's a little too mom-ish? I think I really like the low cut tank with the cardigan and clover necklace, but I'm worried it isn't business-casual enough? I've done so many different tops tonight in an attempt to get it right that I'm just not sure what looks right anymore. (Ignore the strange colors and sloppy lines, they're just rough drafts right now!)

So, I cannot decide between these three hair choices for my Irish missy. I thought it would be fun to do a black-irish look but now I'm attached to the "wild curls"! I need opinions! Is the red hair too cliche? Is it too messy?

Red hair is never too cliche. I'm for the wild curls. Though, you could still make them black, just to be different

I think Debb's suggestion sounds like a pretty good compromise: Black, messy curls.

"Black Irish" just refers to the fact that they have darker complexions from being part "Spanish" in heritage, just as their are fairer Spaniards from mixing with the Gaels. Black curls are totally acceptable. I happen to be pasty as anything and my brother looks hispanic with his skintone, but we're both from the same stock which is about 75% pure Irish (which is actually a joke. There's no such thing as pure Irish, but I digress.)

^^ exactly. One of my best friends is Black Irish though he's pasty as hell. He has the most wild black curls of anyone I know. I'd be all for that haha

Yay! Okay, thank you for the opinions. I think I'll definitely go with the wild curls, but I'll probably wait to decide on the coloring til I've done the dress, cause it's too hard a decision D':

Business casual is very open. All of these are ok, though the last necklace is a little bling-y. The collar is very business casual, but sleeveless less so. If you don't want a cardigan, which I love, maybe do cap sleeves or short sleeves instead of a sleeveless shell

I like the bag, but think the hat detracts from her rather fabulous hair. I'm not crazy about the color, but I think you could easily spice it up. How about making her bag chevron patterned?

Oh, I hadn't even thought about adding a pattern to the bag! You're a genius, thank you!
