Her majesty Queen Beatrix of the Netherlands

I present you our queen: Her Majesty Beatrix, by the Grace of God, Queen of the Netherlands, Princess of Orange-Nassau, Princess of Lippe-Biesterfeld, etc., etc., etc. (official title)

On the 28th of january she announced that she will abdicate on 30 April 2013, on Koninginnedag (Queen's Day), in favour of her eldest son Willem-Alexander, the heir apparent to the throne.
SO that is a good excuse to make her!
Also my first doll of an existing person other then me.
(Also the contest of rythea: http://rythea.deviantart.com/ )

She looks very nice and dignified. The wrinkled face looks good.
I always liked queen Beatrix, ever since I read an interview with her in a handicraft magazine where she told the reporter about her passion for embroidery. The article featured some of her works, and I must say that she's good at it.

Long live the queen! :rank-onestar: :rank-onestar: :rank-onestar:

The age in the face looks amazing! Did you do that? The pattern on the dress looks really nice too.

It's nice to see a doll of an older woman. I love all the details in her face and hair.
I own Atton Rand from KoTOR 2, Boy Blue from Fables, and Joker from Mass Effect. NO TOUCHY.

The work you did on the face is just amazing! Especially to me since I am total crap at face edits.
